Shri Yadav Vikas Mandal Trust was established in the year 2000 with the noble aim of providing quality education to the children of families who migrated to Surat from other states and regions in search of livelihood. The primary objective of the trust was to empower these children to face all kinds of life challenges confidently through holistic education.
Under the guidance and management of Shri Yadav Vikas Mandal Trust, two educational institutions were founded:
- Modern Experimental Hindi School – Offering classes from Grade 1 to Grade 12, with a focus on Commerce stream education at the senior secondary level.
- Modern Experimental English School – Initially started with classes from Grade 1 to Grade 5, providing a strong foundation in English-medium education.
Milestone Achievements
- Over the years, both schools gradually expanded their facilities, infrastructure, and academic offerings to cater to the evolving educational needs of the community.
- In the year 2010, the school presented its first batch of Grade 10 students for the Board Examination.
- The very first Board Examination result was an outstanding 98% pass rate, marking the beginning of the school’s strong academic legacy.
- Since then, Modern Experimental School has consistently delivered excellent academic results, shaping bright futures for hundreds of students every year.

The Shri Yadav Vikas Mandal Trust founded the Modern Experimental School in 2001 with the goal of giving all pupils, particularly those from families who moved to Surat from other states, access to high-quality education.
Beginning with a small number of elementary classrooms, the school progressively increased the range of academic programs it offered. By 2010, the school was thrilled to offer its first cohort of 10th graders, who set a high academic standard for subsequent batches with an exceptional 98% board result.
In keeping with its motto, “Education is Everyone’s Right – Minimum Fees, Maximum Education,” Modern Experimental School has dedicated itself over the years to offering top-notch instruction at reasonable costs. With an emphasis on the Commerce stream in the latter grades, the school currently offers studies from Grade 1 through Grade 12.
The school has established a solid reputation for academic achievement and student success in Surat thanks to its creative teaching strategies, ongoing facility improvements, and emphasis on the entire development of its students.
The Modern Experimental School is still growing today, preparing students for life as well as tests by instilling in them a spirit of lifelong learning, modern skills, and strong values.

Leading this transformation is our esteemed Principal, Jagdish Prasad R Yadav, whose dedication and vision have been instrumental in taking the school from its humble beginnings to where it stands today.
With a distinguished academic background in M.A. and B.Ed, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of education. Having served 10 years as a teacher and 16 years as the principal of this institution, he has nurtured countless students, fostering a learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence, moral values, and holistic development.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Yadav is a passionate learner himself. His love for book reading and poetry writing reflects his deep appreciation for literature and creativity. Additionally, he enjoys playing outdoor games, believing that physical activity is as essential as intellectual growth. His leadership, combined with his unwavering commitment to student success, continues to inspire both educators and learners alike.
